- County: means the city and county of Honolulu, the county of Hawaii, the county of Kauai, and the county of Maui. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 48E-1
Special purpose revenue bonds issued pursuant to this chapter and the income therefrom shall be exempt from all state and county taxation except inheritance, transfer, and estate taxes.
