Terms Used In Idaho Code 60-107
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
A newspaper published within the state of Idaho for five (5) consecutive days a week, excepting legal holidays, is hereby declared to be a daily newspaper within the meaning of section 60-106, Idaho Code.
