Terms Used In Idaho Code 67-5507
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
Every order and the facts related therein issued under this act shall be subject to judicial inquiry by the state supreme court as to the existence of the facts underlying the issuance of the order and whether such action was reasonable under the circumstances.
