- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
“Contractor” means any person, firm or corporation who or which performs construction work at any mine or facility as defined in Sections 1.03 and 1.16 of this Act.
