Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 225 ILCS 705/4.05

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     The Mining Board shall furnish to each State Mine Inspector an anemometer, a safety lamp, blank books, stationery, printing, and such other instruments and supplies as may be required by the State Mine Inspector in the discharge of his official duties.
