  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
     “Sale” means to sell, barter or otherwise offer goods to another for consideration. The term sale shall include serving the same as a part of a meal by any restaurant, hotel, or other commercial establishment. Proof of sale of any such game bird or game mammal shall constitute prima facie evidence that such birds or mammals were also sold in violation of this Act except as provided in Sections 3.23 and 3.24.
