Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 625 ILCS 5/3-306
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
The original documents required to be submitted to the Secretary of State pursuant to Sections 3-301 through 3-305 shall be retained by the Secretary of State for a period determined by Secretary of State by rule or regulation.
