Each enhanced skills driving school must display at a prominent place in its main office all of the following:
(1) The State license issued to the school;
(2) The names, addresses, and State instructors

- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
(2) The names, addresses, and State instructors

license numbers of all instructors employed by the school; and

(3) The addresses of each branch office and branch

classrooms.
