For the purposes of this Article:
“Board” means the Driver’s License Medical Advisory Board.
“Medical examiner” or “medical practitioner” means:
(i) any person licensed to practice medicine in all

“Medical examiner” or “medical practitioner” means:
(i) any person licensed to practice medicine in all
its branches in the State of Illinois or any other state;

(ii) a licensed physician assistant; or
(iii) a licensed advanced practice registered nurse.
