- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 24. “Record date” means the date established under this title on which a corporation determines the identity of the corporation’s members for the purposes of this article.
