Terms Used In Indiana Code 23-17-2-5
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Sec. 5. “Bylaws” means a code of rules, other than articles of incorporation, adopted under this article for the regulation or management of the affairs of a domestic or foreign corporation.
