Terms Used In Indiana Code 25-13-2-9
- Board: means the state board of dentistry established by IC 25-14-1. See Indiana Code 25-13-1-2
- Dental hygienist: means one who is especially educated and trained in the science and art of maintaining the dental health of the individual or community through prophylactic or preventive measures applied to the teeth and adjacent structures. See Indiana Code 25-13-1-2
Sec. 9. The board and the dental hygienist shall comply with the requirements under IC 25-1-4 concerning continuing education.
