Sec. 5. (a) The board may file a proposed complaint to condition, suspend, or revoke the license of a licensed professional geologist.
(1) agree to the terms of the proposed complaint; or
(b) The recipient of a proposed complaint may either:

- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
(2) not more than thirty (30) days after receiving the proposed complaint, request an informal review of the proposed complaint before the board.
(c) Failure by a licensed professional geologist to request the informal review under subsection (b) constitutes an agreement to the terms of the proposed complaint.
