Indiana Code 25-19-1-25. Voidance of rules

Sec. 25. 840 IAC 1 and 840 IAC 2 are void effective July 1, 2023. The publisher of the Indiana Administrative Code and the Indiana Register shall remove these provisions from the Indiana Administrative Code. This section expires June 30, 2024.
