Sec. 7. The holder of a license under the provisions of this chapter, shall be deemed qualified to serve as the administrator of that type of health facility for which the holder is licensed.
In carrying out its responsibilities under this chapter, The Board may seek the advice of various disciplines, agencies, institutions and individuals having an interest in long-term care.

- board: refers to the Indiana state board of health facility administrators. See Indiana Code 25-19-1-1
- health facility: means any institution or facility defined as such for licensing under IC 16-28 and classified into care categories by rules adopted under IC 16-28. See Indiana Code 25-19-1-1
