Terms Used In Indiana Code 3-11-8-23.5

  • Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
   Sec. 23.5. In accordance with 52 U.S.C. § 21082, a voter challenged under section 21 of this chapter is entitled to cast a provisional ballot under Ind. Code § 3-11.7 after executing the affidavit under section 23 of this chapter.
