Sec. 6. A person who knowingly, intentionally, or recklessly releases or removes any registration materials or information contained in the computerized list maintained under Ind. Code § 3-7-26.3 from the county voter registration office, except when release or removal is necessary:

(1) to comply with Ind. Code § 3-7; or
