Sec. 3. A person who knowingly:

(1) interferes with a watcher;

| Level 6 felony | between 6 mos. and 2 1/2 years | up to $10,000 |
(3) otherwise violates:
(A) Ind. Code § 3-6-8-3;
(B) Ind. Code § 3-6-8-4;
(C) Ind. Code § 3-6-8-5;
(D) Ind. Code § 3-6-8-6;
(E) Ind. Code § 3-6-9; or
(F) Ind. Code § 3-6-10; or
(4) violates Ind. Code § 3-11-13-44(d);
commits a Level 6 felony.
