- Clerk: means the clerk of the court or a person authorized to perform the clerk's duties. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 33. If the circuit court clerk determines that the notice alleges a violation of NVRA or this article if the facts set forth in the notice are assumed to be true, the clerk shall conduct an investigation under Ind. Code § 3-6-5.
