- Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 6. If the political party participated in a presidential primary during the year in which the state convention is held, the state chairman shall notify the convention of the results of the presidential primary furnished to the chairman under Ind. Code § 3-8-3-10.
