Terms Used In Indiana Code 32-35-2-3
- Affidavit: A written statement of facts confirmed by the oath of the party making it, before a notary or officer having authority to administer oaths.
- Plaintiff: The person who files the complaint in a civil lawsuit.
Sec. 3. If a plaintiff claims delivery under section 2 of this chapter, the plaintiff or someone representing the plaintiff shall file an affidavit.
