As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. “Commissioner” means the workers’ compensation commissioner appointed pursuant to section 10A.303, or the commissioner’s designee.
Terms Used In Iowa Code 10A.301
- Department: means the department of inspections, appeals, and licensing. See Iowa Code 10A.101
- Division: means the Iowa title guaranty division in the authority, the director of the division, or a designee of the director. See Iowa Code 16.92
2. “Division” means the division of workers’ compensation of the department of inspections, appeals, and licensing.
