Terms Used In Iowa Code 12A.13

  • Bonds: means bonds, including refunding bonds, notes, and other obligations issued by an issuer. See Iowa Code 12A.1
 Issuers of bonds issued under this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of section 12.30.
