Terms Used In Iowa Code 455C.18
- Distributor: means any person who engages in the sale of beverages in beverage containers to a dealer in this state, including any manufacturer who engages in such sales. See Iowa Code 455C.1
- property: includes personal and real property. See Iowa Code 4.1
Any amount of refund value or handling fees possessed by a distributor after the distributor has made payments required pursuant to this chapter shall be considered the property of the distributor.
