Terms Used In Iowa Code 455C.9
- Commission: means the environmental protection commission of the department. See Iowa Code 455C.1
- Director: means the director of the department. See Iowa Code 455C.1
The commission shall adopt, upon recommendation of the director, the rules necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter, subject to the provisions of chapter 17A.
