Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 19-4402
- Agency: means a county law enforcement agency established under the provisions of this act. See Kansas Statutes 19-4425
- county law enforcement officer: means a law enforcement officer who is a member of a county law enforcement department appointed under the provisions of this act. See Kansas Statutes 19-4425
- Department: means a county law enforcement department established under the provisions of this act. See Kansas Statutes 19-4425
- Law enforcement officer: means a law enforcement officer who is appointed a member of a county law enforcement department under the provisions of this act. See Kansas Statutes 19-4469
The following words and phrases when used in this act shall, for the purpose of this act, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section.
Agency. A county law enforcement agency established under the provisions of this act.
Department. A county law enforcement department established under the provisions of this act.
Superintendent. The superintendent of a county law enforcement department appointed under the provisions of this act.
Law enforcement officer or county law enforcement officer. A law enforcement officer who is a member of a county law enforcement department appointed under the provisions of this act.
