- Commissioner: means the animal health commissioner of the Kansas department of agriculture. See Kansas Statutes 47-1701
Any action of the commissioner pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 47-1706 or 47-1707, and amendments thereto, is subject to review in accordance with the Kansas judicial review act.
