Louisiana Revised Statutes 6:1375 – Notwithstanding the provisions of R.S. 6:333 or any other law to the contrary, a covered financial institution may act in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter.

- Covered financial institution: means any bank, credit union, savings bank, savings and loan association, or trust company operating in Louisiana. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 6:1372
Notwithstanding the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 6:333 or any other law to the contrary, a covered financial institution may act in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter.
