  • Applicant: means a private nonprofit or public entity located in this state. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 51:2322

  • Labor demand occupation: means an occupation for which there is or is likely to be a greater demand than supply of adequately trained workers. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 51:2332
  • Legacy: A gift of property made by will.
  • Program: means the Louisiana Small Business Incubator Program. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 51:2322

  • Revenues: means any and all fees, rates, rentals, profits, and receipts collected by, payable to, or otherwise derived by the corporation and all other moneys and income of whatsoever kind or character collected by, payable to, or otherwise derived by the corporation in connection with loans to any eligible small business in furtherance of the purposes of this Chapter.   • Small business incubator: means a multi-tenanted facility which is characterized by shared business services, equipment, space, and access to on-premises business consultants for tenants and which is operated by a private nonprofit or public entity. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 51:2322
