- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Newspaper: shall mean a publication that complies with the requirement of La. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 43:140
- Office: shall mean the newspaper's principal public business office and need not be the place at which the newspaper's printing presses are physically located. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 43:140
