Section 81H. The board shall keep a full record of its proceedings and a register of applications for registration, which register shall show (a) the name, age and residence of each applicant; (b) the date of the application; (c) the place of business of such applicant; (d) his educational and other qualifications; (e) whether or not an examination was required; (f) whether the applicant was rejected; (g) whether a certificate of registration was granted; (h) the date of the action of the board; and (i) such other information as may be deemed necessary by the board. Such register shall be open to public inspection.

  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
  • Transcript: A written, word-for-word record of what was said, either in a proceeding such as a trial or during some other conversation, as in a transcript of a hearing or oral deposition.

The records of the board shall be prima facie evidence of the proceedings of the board set forth therein, and a transcript thereof, duly certified by the secretary of the board under the seal of the board, shall be admissible in evidence with the same force and effect as if the original were produced.

The board shall make an annual report to the governor, which shall include an itemized statement of all receipts and expenses of the board for the year.
