Section 81S. Any person aggrieved by any action of the board refusing to grant, or suspending or revoking, a certificate of registration or a permit for any cause, may, within fifteen days following notification by the board of such action, appeal to the superior court of the county wherein he resides, and, after hearing, said court shall make such decree, sustaining or reversing in whole or in part the decree of the board, as it deems proper, and its decision shall be final.

  • Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
