Not later than 90 days after the request of the secretary of state, a designated voter registration agency shall transmit to the secretary of state a report including all of the following:
    (a) Information requested by the secretary of state necessary to administer the provisions of section 509m to 509gg and the national voter registration act of 1993.

  • state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories belonging to the United States; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the district and territories.     (b) Any other information considered necessary by the secretary of state.
