Terms Used In Michigan Laws 286.880
- Director: means the director of the Michigan department of agriculture or his or her designee. See Michigan Laws 286.872
- Person: means an individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, association, joint venture, or other legal entity. See Michigan Laws 286.872
A person shall not knowingly provide false information in a matter pertaining to this act and shall not resist, impede, or hinder the director in the discharge of his or her duties under this act.
