Terms Used In Michigan Laws 286.882
- Director: means the director of the Michigan department of agriculture or his or her designee. See Michigan Laws 286.872
The director may promulgate rules he or she considers necessary to implement and enforce this act, pursuant to the administrative procedures act of 1969, Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, being section 24.201 to 24.328 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
