Minnesota Statutes 327.13 – Violation

Every person who shall violate any of the provisions of sections 327.10 to 327.12 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

Under the Minnesota Statutes, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:

Class	Prison	Fine
Misdemeanor	up to 90 days	up to $1,000
