Subd. 2.

Terms Used In Minnesota Statutes 327.24

  • Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
  • Person: may extend and be applied to bodies politic and corporate, and to partnerships and other unincorporated associations. See Minnesota Statutes 645.44

Subd. 3.Private remedies.

Any person injured or threatened with injury by a violation of sections 327.14 to 327.28 or of the rules of the Department of Health applicable to manufactured home parks may bring a private action in any court of competent jurisdiction.
