15-18-225. Form of cancellation — unsuccessful auction. The notice of cancellation of an assignment required by 15-18-220 must be made as follows:

- Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
- Property: means real and personal property. See Montana Code 1-1-205
