Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 106-B:6
- Commissioner: shall mean the commissioner of the department of safety. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 106-B:1
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The director shall, with the approval of the commissioner of safety, under rules adopted pursuant to RSA 541-A, arrange for the training of department employees and the availability of such training facilities as may be developed to any local governmental unit within the state.
