Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:95
- Motor fuel: shall mean all products used in an internal combustion engine for the generation of power to propel motor vehicles or mechanical contrivances on or over the ways of this state. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:58
- road: shall include all bridges thereon. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:26
“Sale,” as used in the provisions of this title relative to road tolls, shall mean any transfer of ownership and any use of motor fuel by a distributor for the propulsion of vehicles on the ways.
