  • Deed: The legal instrument used to transfer title in real property from one person to another.
  • Mortgage: The written agreement pledging property to a creditor as collateral for a loan.

Cooperative associations organized under N.H. Rev. Stat. § 301:53 shall be subject to the provisions of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 301:7 and N.H. Rev. Stat. § 301:12 to 18 inclusive, provided, however, that if any such association shall file annually with the public utilities commission, a certified copy of the annual report required to be filed by it with any agency or department of the United States of America pursuant to any mortgage or deed of trust executed by it, such association shall be deemed to have complied fully with all the requirements of this section.
