Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 447:12
- Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
Except as provided in N.H. Rev. Stat. § 447:11, all such attaching lien creditors shall share pro rata in accordance with the amounts of their respective lien judgments in the property attached or in its proceeds.
