Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 485-I:1

  • Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
  • state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
The water and related land resources of New Hampshire’s coastal and estuarine environments have significant ecological, commercial, cultural, and recreational values for the state and its citizens. Therefore, it is the policy of the state to ensure the continued viability and improved resiliency of these environments and communities in which they are located as valued ecologic, economic, public health and safety, and social assets for the benefit of current and future generations.
