Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 595-B:9
- state: when applied to different parts of the United States, may extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall include said district and territories. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:4
This chapter shall not apply to the application for warrants by personnel within the department of fish and game and the division of state police, and shall in no way affect the issuance of warrants at the request of persons within the department or division under other provisions of law.
