Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 80:18-a
- Mortgagee: The person to whom property is mortgaged and who has loaned the money.
In this chapter,”mortgage”shall include a security interest in manufactured housing created and perfected as authorized by N.H. Rev. Stat. § 477:44, IV. A mortgagee shall include a holder of such a security interest.
