Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 39:10-36
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
If a motor vehicle has been issued a salvage certificate of title, or similar document, by another state, that vehicle may be issued a certificate of ownership pursuant to section 3 or 4 of this act.
