Terms Used In New Jersey Statutes 52:27C-32
- State: extends to and includes any State, territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia and the Canal Zone. See New Jersey Statutes 1:1-2
The commissioner shall, with the co-operation of other State departments, make and publish such recommendations with respect to any project as may be desirable to properly conserve the public interest.
