§ 41.31 Publication of records.
Terms Used In N.Y. Mental Hygiene Law 41.31
- local governmental unit: means the unit of local government given authority in accordance with this chapter by local government to provide local services. See N.Y. Mental Hygiene Law 41.03
Every local governmental unit shall make available in its office, as a public record, copies of its state-approved plans and proposals, and of its rules, regulations, and contracting procedures.
