§ 3506. Temporary permits. The department may in its discretion and upon written application issue a temporary permit to practice radiologic technology in this state to a person who qualifies under section thirty-five hundred five of this title for admission to an examination for licensure. A temporary permit shall not be issued to a person who has had a license or registration suspended, revoked or annulled, or who has been otherwise disciplined pursuant to the provisions of section thirty-five hundred ten of this article. A temporary permit shall expire one hundred eighty days from the date of issuance.
