- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, shall be construed to extend to and include the District of Columbia and the several territories, so called; and the words "United States" shall be construed to include the said district and territories and all dependencies. The Department of Revenue shall comply with the provisions of Part 10 of Article 15 of Chapter 143B of the N.C. Gen. Stat. to receive and transfer to the 911 Fund the 911 service charge for prepaid wireless telecommunications service collected on retail transactions occurring in this State.
